Once you have a colony established this species becomes one of the highlights of your gardening year. Named for its reflexed petals in the manner of cyclamen flowers. Prefers acid-neutral conditions but will also grow on alkaline soils, however, on these it is more susceptible to slug attack. Also an ideal subject for troughs etc.
