Hardy shrub for late summer flowers over a long period.

Smaller growing form of H. paniculata with dense conical heads of pink and white sterile lowers. A real gem for an open site but not so good in heavy shade (worth trying in light shade). Not suited to dry soils but one of the best of this species for containers. Makes excellent dried flowers.
